The Board of directors and management of the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC), is pleased to announce to the general public, its acceptance into the Edison Electric Institute as an International Member.
The Edison Electric Institute (EEI) is an organization that represents all U.S. based investor owned electric companies. The EEI has over sixty-Five (65) international Electric companies as international members in its international member program and hundreds of industry suppliers and related organizations as Associate Members.
Organized in 1933, EEI provides public policy leadership, strategic business intelligence, and essential conferences and forums.
Being a member of such a prestigious platform, will ensure the transformation of the energy sector of our country, build and maintain a steady transition to clean, reliable, efficient and affordable electric power.
