Liberia Electricity Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”, requires sealed bids for procurement of “SERVICES” “PROVISION OF GROUP LIFE & MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE LIBERIA ELECTRICITY CORPORATION (LEC)”. Interested insurance companies, who are legally registered under the Laws of the Republic of Liberia, are invited to bid.
Detailed Bidding Document containing Detailed specifications, evaluation criteria, and terms and Conditions are available and can be obtained by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.
Bidding will be conducted through the Least Cost Method (LC) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement and Concession Act of 2010 (PPCA) and approved by the Public Procurement and Concession Commission (PPCC) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
Interested companies/suppliers may submit their bids in the LEC Procurement Department (Room No GF-006) 1st Floor, Waterside Monrovia, Liberia by 10:00 AM on Monday, May 13, 2024, the same will be opened in the Mini Conference Room on the Ground Floor of the LEC Building, Waterside, Monrovia, Liberia at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to witness the bid opening. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the Bidding Forms and it shall remain valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid as per ITB 15.3.
In accordance with existing PPCC laws, rules, etc. The LEC may reject all or any of the bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal with communication of the reason for rejection.
