- Log in to LEC webportal using the window below
Fill in the given fields with the email address and password that you used when signing up for a web portal account and Press login - While logged in, from the home page, click on the complaints tab from the menu on the left to go to the complaints page
- Click on new complaint on the next page. This will open the new complaints page
- Depending on the type of complaint that you are making, additional information may be required in order to complete this process. i.e. a bill(s) may be selected for complaints to do with bills irregularity
- Click submit to create your complaint
