The Liberia Electricity Corporation has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Regional Emergency Solar Power Intervention Project (RESPITE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consultancy Services for Project Director under the Regional Emergency Solar Power Intervention Project (RESPITE-LIBERIA-PIU). LEC is currently implement two on-going World Bank financed projects as indicated in the Term of Reference.
The LEC is seeking the services of a consultant to serve as the Project Director for the LEC World Bank PIU and to lead all activities of the PIU with the respect to successful implementation of RESPITE, meeting the project development objectives, technical requirements, timeline and within the allocated budget.
The objective of the assignment is to provide effective Project Director services of the World Bank funded PIU.
The duration of the assignment is Full time-based Contract for 2 years, with the possibility of extension based on the consultant’s performance and the availability of funds.
